Eagle can apply addressing information, USPS barcodes, tag lines and indicias to envelopes, booklets, postcards, almost any printed piece ranging from a maximum size of 10.5" x 13.5" flats to common #10 style envelopes to the minimum size 3" x 5" postcards. We offer a wide array of ink colors as well as font choices for specialty addressing. We have maximum addressing speeds of 30,000/hour, depending on piece dimensions. Executive quality addressing available for wedding invitations, holiday cards, gala invitations, contest pieces, etc.

Inkjetting Addresses, Barcoding, & Indicias

Eagle's fleet of inserters can handle the automation of 1 to 6 inserts per envelope in the size range listed above. Flat-sized envelopes can be inserted at rates of 2,500/hour with letter size envelopes inserted at rates of 6,000/hour (based on standard size inserts). Eagle's staff can also manually insert 7 or more pieces, when needed. We also insert specialty items such as magnets, calendars, business cards, basically, whatever will fit into your envelope. Manual insertion is available for catalog style envelopes, invitation (sm.) envelopes, and envelopes 9.5" x 12.5" or larger.
