Eagle can update address information in your database. Using SmartAddresser 2020 (USPS approved) we can clean your database by correcting bad addresses and input errors, updating customers who have moved using NCOA, add delivery point barcodes, add county names, and add carrier routes. We can also parse or concatenate database fields, capitalize/mixed case/perfect case fields, purge duplicates, merge address/database lists, plus other services. Eagle also can purchase target-specific mailing lists for your mailing project needs.

Eagle's high-speed Baum folders complete with right angle stations can fold 11" x 17" and 8.5" x 14" sheets to letter size creating affordable self-mailers or letter size tri-folds and half-folds standard for machine inserting into envelopes. Adjustable fold options are available for address centering in window style envelopes. Specialty folds are available upon request (sample may be required) and will incur a setup fee. Specialty booklet folding is available upon request and pricing is based on inspection of a sample. Folding of non-standard size sheets is available and requires a setup fee and test samples.
